Guide will meet you around 8:30 am, it needs 2h drive to rice terrace and need full day to visit the every pattern of Rice Terraces. On the way you will interact with the Zhuang and Yao people ( Long Hair Ladies) and local architecture in Pingan Lonsheng and learn about their traditions. Guide will trek with you up to the famous Longji Rice Terraces view point from the village and admire the panoramic view. The terraces resemble great chains of ribbons as they wind from the foot of the hill to the top. It’s one of China’s most scenic natural sights!

Overnight at Pingan Hotel (B-L-D)

In the morning we will start at 9:00 am to visit a big highlight of the area, Minority culture of the Zhuang and Yao ethnic groups, who work the rice terraces. Each minority group displays distinct colorful clothing, architecture, customs and festivities. Great Subjects for shoot portraits and their life in the old wooden houses.

In the afternoon, drive to Cuiping Mountain, take photos of Karst Mountains and Rice Paddies with the sunset backdrop

Overnight at Xianggong Hotel (B-L-D)

Step up Xianggong Hill at 4:30am for the sunrise and Li River Bend photography. Xianggong Hill is one of the best spots for sunrise and classic landscapes shooting in Guilin area.

Take a visit of old Fuli village, shoot photos of old houses. visit local painting and paper fan workshop

Last, but the highlight of the day, we go by country road to Xingping ancient town, take photos of cormorant fisherman (casting their net and gas lamp portraits) and the amazing sunset on Li River (the place where the Chinese 20 Yuan notes take its picture).

Overnight at Yangshuo Xingping Island Resort (B-L-D)

In the early morning, start at 4:30am and take photos of cormorant fisherman (casting their net and gas lamp portraits) and the amazing sunrise on Li River (the place is Yellow Cloth Shoal,It is also the best place for mountain reflections shooting in the Li River, peaceful and large scale water. We will have one or two cormorant fishermen in the river, shoot breaktaking fishermen and mountain reflections at dawn, and sunrise over the fishing net.)

Then We are going to the Daxu ancient town (80 minutes drive). We will take a visit of some local families, experience the old disappearing life.

Shoot people portraits and the ancient street and houses with red lanterns.

In the afternoon driving to a place staying far away from the crowds and touristy places. See how a local farmer till the soil with a water baffulo, capture nice stone bridge reflection in a pretty village, shoot sunset and patchwork of rice fields by off-the-beaten track.
